Senior Account Manager (Fintech): Manage and grow a portfolio of merchants and payment partners in the acquiring business across APAC with an accent on commercial growth, relationship building, and data-driven account optimization. Focus on hunting and farming new and existing accounts, upselling, cross-selling, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance merchant experience.

Location: On-site in Hong Kong or Shenzhen

What you will do

  • Build and manage relationships with key merchants and payment partners to ensure mutual growth and long-term success.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts through hunting and farming.
  • Upsell and cross-sell Unlimit solutions to maximize revenue and adoption.
  • Monitor KPIs, optimize account performance, and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to improve processes and merchant experience.
  • Represent Unlimit as a trusted partner and manage multiple accounts and stakeholders effectively.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work on-site in Hong Kong or Shenzhen
  • Minimum 5 years of payments industry experience with acquiring or merchant services focus
  • Proven client and partnership management skills with commercial growth experience
  • Data-savvy with ability to analyze and communicate performance insights
  • Self-starter with resilience and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Collaborative and positive team player
