TL;DR

Location: Hybrid role, requiring presence in either Hong Kong Office or Singapore Office, with willingness to work hands-on in the field and across multiple locations.

What you will do

  • Sell banking products and solutions within assigned sales channels.
  • Acquire and develop clients and agents, including corporate security firms, consulting firms, and e-commerce service providers.
  • Conduct client meetings, consultations, and regular field visits.
  • Manage client applications and support deals through approval.
  • Ensure high-quality sales execution and accurate documentation.
  • Maintain CRM data and sales reporting, achieving individual KPIs.

Requirements

  • At least 3-4 years of working experience in FMCG, B2B field sales, or similar fast-paced environments.
  • Proven experience leading or supervising field sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, KPI management, and performance control.
  • Experience working with agents, partners, or distributed sales channels.
  • Ability to build teams from scratch and scale operations across markets.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
  • Willingness to work hands-on in the field and across multiple locations.
