What you will do
- Sell banking products and solutions within assigned sales channels.
- Acquire and develop clients and agents, including corporate security firms, consulting firms, and e-commerce service providers.
- Conduct client meetings, consultations, and regular field visits.
- Manage client applications and support deals through approval.
- Ensure high-quality sales execution and accurate documentation.
- Maintain CRM data and sales reporting, achieving individual KPIs.
Requirements
- At least 3-4 years of working experience in FMCG, B2B field sales, or similar fast-paced environments.
- Proven experience leading or supervising field sales teams.
- Strong understanding of sales operations, KPI management, and performance control.
- Experience working with agents, partners, or distributed sales channels.
- Ability to build teams from scratch and scale operations across markets.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
- Willingness to work hands-on in the field and across multiple locations.
