What you will do

• Serve as meeting steward for recurring program and technical syncs, capturing decisions and tracking action items.
• Maintain process documentation, governance artifacts, and communication materials to ensure consistency.
• Coordinate across program management, governance, helpdesk, and training workstreams.
• Manage dashboards and trackers to monitor program metrics, milestones, and risks.
• Identify process gaps and support the implementation of standardized workflows.
• Assist with requirement clarification, data validation, and system documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, project coordinator, or operations support role.
• 2+ years of experience supporting AI domain applications or platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Confluence, or JIRA.
• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.
