What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to gather and document AI automation requirements and map current and future-state processes.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for AI-enabled workflows, agents, and transformation solutions.
• Analyze data flows, field-level mappings, and API contracts to ensure data integrity and auditability.
• Create and manage detailed JIRA tickets, including acceptance criteria and traceability for AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with architects and AI Automation Engineers to validate solution feasibility and governance.

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science or Engineering (required)
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Techno-Functional Analyst.
• Experience with AI automation, enterprise workflows, n8n, Boomi, or similar automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI, REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and workflow orchestration patterns.
• Must be based in the United States
