What you will do

• Manage and track purchase orders, ensuring full alignment with internal requirements and policies.
• Monitor order statuses and expedite critical shipments to prevent supply or delivery bottlenecks.
• Maintain procurement dashboards and conduct price analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for external logistics and supply chain vendors.
• Support Category Managers in preparing RFIs and RFPs, compiling market research, and assessing vendor quotes.
• Manage supplier onboarding, risk assessments, and maintain accuracy in ERP/Procurement software.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or operational supply chain roles.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) for collaboration with international stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in uncovering trends within data spreadsheets.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
