What you will do

• Monitor infrastructure, applications, and services using enterprise tools like Dynatrace, OpsBridge, and Splunk.
• Perform initial triage and incident resolution for network and server-related events.
• Document all incidents and resolutions within the ServiceNow ITSM platform.
• Participate in a 24x7 rotating 12-hour shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Coordinate high-touch services such as fiber maintenance, firmware upgrades, and patching.
• Provide phone support and triage for customers and vendors via the Genesys queue.

Requirements

• Must be a local candidate in St. Louis, MO.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills in network and server environments.
• Experience with enterprise monitoring, ticketing systems, and phone support.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (day or night) in a 24x7 environment.
• Familiarity with network protocols, cybersecurity practices, and incident management.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent certification.
• Prior experience in operations support or a NOC environment.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and disaster recovery processes.
