Network Engineer

TL;DR

Network Engineer (Operations & Technology): Building and maintaining reliable, scalable network infrastructure for broadcast and media production facilities with an accent on Cisco, Arista, and Palo Alto firewall configurations. Focus on implementing firewall policies, managing cloud network configurations in AWS/Azure, and ensuring 24/7 production network stability.

Location: Must be based in Universal City or Los Angeles, CA, USA. Hybrid role requiring 4 days per week in the office.

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year.

What you will do

• Configure, deploy, and support network infrastructure including Cisco, Arista, and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Implement and manage firewall policies using Palo Alto Panorama.
• Manage cloud network configurations for AWS and Azure environments.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and network diagrams.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call operational rotations for production network support.
• Travel occasionally for project support and remote events.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Universal City or Los Angeles, CA.
• Minimum 4 days per week in-office attendance required.
• 3+ years of experience with Cisco (IOS, NX-OS, XR), Arista, Palo Alto, and F5 technologies.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure network configurations.
• Ability to participate in 24/7 on-call rotations.
• Proficiency in technical documentation and diagramming.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Enterprise and Service Provider networking protocols (OSPF, BGP, MPLS, Multicast).
• Experience with network automation tools like Ansible and version control via Git.
• Ability to analyze network logs to troubleshoot production issues.
