What you will do

• Maintain data center operations to ensure high service availability and reliability.
• Conduct hardware and network diagnostics, repairs, and root cause analysis.
• Assemble, install, and maintain server and networking equipment.
• Develop scripts to automate hardware and networking updates.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams.
• Respond to on-site equipment failures within 60 minutes while on-call.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. person or eligible to access export-controlled information.
• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting, assembly, and data center environments.
• Proficiency in Linux operating systems and computer networking.
• Experience with Python, Bash, or other scripting languages.
• Familiarity with Cisco IOS or Juniper JunOS.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver in cramped or elevated spaces.
