What you will do

• Lead and oversee financial reporting activities, ensuring compliance with GAAP, SEC, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
• Monitor and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Analyze financial results, identify variances, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Support the development of annual operating plans, forecasts, and long-range financial planning.
• Supervise, coach, and develop accounting team members across the Americas Division.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of five years of progressive accounting experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP, SEC, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Berea, KY facility.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Accounting (MSA).
• CPA, CMA, and/or MBA certification.
• Experience supervising or leading accounting professionals.
