What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end Capex workflow, including project set-up and progression tracking.
• Lead Capex forecasting and develop dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Perform reconciliations, project reviews, and provide comprehensive audit support.
• Monitor and validate cost savings for both capital and non-capital projects.
• Partner with finance, engineering, and operations teams to drive Capex discipline and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing finance or Capex management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from De Soto, KS, USA.

Nice to have
