What you will do

• Manage general ledgers for assigned properties, including journal entries and accruals.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages with variance analysis.
• Oversee annual expense reconciliations and tenant billings.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to prepare financial statements and documentation.
• Develop annual property budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Prepare monthly cash forecasts and assist with ad hoc financial analysis.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of public/corporate or commercial real estate accounting experience.
• Proficiency in MRI, Yardi, or JD Edwards software.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and property management financial principles.
