What you will do

• Monitor, collaborate and maximize compliance in monthly worldwide financial close and consolidation per GAAP, including intercompany eliminations and balance sheet oversight.
• Maintain corporate accounting ledgers, record transactions, prepare/review journal entries and reconciliations per close schedules.
• Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements, management reports, impairment testing, account analyses, flux investigations and audit support.
• Identify, implement and maintain software tools to improve global finance team communication on deadlines, best practices and deliverables.
• Handle special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (emphasis in accounting).
• 6-8 years public accounting or industry experience; consolidation accounting and global experience required.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Manage multiple tasks, set priorities, make decisions; excellent communication skills.
• Strong initiative, team-oriented, self-starter with time/project management, organizational skills.
• High integrity, accuracy, dependability; interact professionally at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel a plus.
• Exposure to Cognos Controller and MS AX Dynamics a plus.
