What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new AI project intake and business requirement gathering.
• Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and license reconciliation across AI platforms.
• Support proof-of-concept (POC) solutions by preparing data and coordinating stakeholder feedback.
• Deliver AI literacy programming, including workshops and training materials for employees.
• Monitor platform adoption metrics and generate reports on usage and request volumes.
• Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with AI governance policies.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Austin, TX.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT operations, help desk, or business analysis.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience using generative AI tools to automate workflows.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tickets simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with potential future in-office requirements.

• Experience with business analysis fundamentals and process documentation.
