What you will do

• Translate repetitive Developer Marketing Operations tasks into AI-supported workflows using agents, bots, and templates.
• Collaborate directly with non-engineering teams to identify high-friction processes and build automated solutions.
• Design, test, and document clear specifications for new AI-driven workflows and automations.
• Write extensible, maintainable, and secure code to ensure automations hold up in daily production use.
• Package successful automations into reusable patterns that other teams can adopt independently.
• Guide non-engineering colleagues in effectively using AI tools for their everyday tasks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 4–6+ years of experience in Software Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience delivering production software in languages such as Python, Go, Rust, C#, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience as a forward-deployed, embedded, or solutions engineer working with non-technical teams.
• Track record of building reusable internal tools, platforms, or shared libraries.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical partners.

• Experience with AI agents, Copilot, and CLI-based productivity systems.
