Location: Remote, with meaningful daily overlap with U.S. Pacific hours required.

What you will do

  • Administer enterprise AI platforms including Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini, managing provisioning, access, and billing.
  • Automate administrative workflows to increase operational efficiency over time.
  • Manage the Innovation team's weekly operating rhythm and maintain an accurate, up-to-date roadmap.
  • Produce weekly AI intelligence briefs on emerging technologies and testing opportunities.
  • Provide strategic input and support to the SVP of Innovation to ensure high-leverage focus.
  • Leverage the proprietary Nova ecosystem to support departmental goals.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of professional experience with a fast learning rate.
  • AI-native mindset with daily hands-on experience using Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini.
  • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to maintain meaningful daily overlap with U.S. Pacific time zones.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex workflows and close loops independently.
  • Clear writing and systems-thinking capabilities.

  • Proven experience building AI-driven solutions, such as agents, workflows, or shipped side projects.
