Salary: $140,000 - $240,000 OTE

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers throughout their journey.
• Evaluate customer use cases and identify opportunities to integrate voice AI into product roadmaps.
• Manage a portfolio of technical customers, primarily through asynchronous communication.
• Lead commercial and project meetings to demonstrate the value of voice AI capabilities.
• Drive growth in API usage across various product offerings and end-user cases.
• Provide customer feedback and insights to drive the future direction of the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a technical account manager, solutions architect, sales engineer, or technical consultant.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, React, and web development frameworks.
• Must be located in the United States to be eligible for stated compensation and benefits.
• Strong desire to apply AI technology to real-world customer challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with expansive ownership.
