AI Innovation Specialist

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States

Salary: $60,000–$95,000 annually, depending on Specialist level

What you will do

• Identify manual workflows and automate them using AI tools and process optimization techniques.
• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and actionable insights.
• Develop prompts, automation workflows, and AI-assisted solutions for business use cases.
• Support cross-functional initiatives across AI, Product, Operations, and Revenue Cycle teams.
• Translate ambiguous business problems and data findings into structured analyses and business recommendations.
• Document repeatable AI-enabled workflows, best practices, progress, risks, and blockers.

Requirements

• Demonstrated use of AI tools or automation in projects or academic work.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with data and derive insights in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• 0–2 years of experience or equivalent demonstrated capability.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Must reside in and be authorized to work within the United States.

• Experience with Excel, dashboards, or analytics tools.
• Exposure to process improvement or operational workflows.
• Internship, fellowship, or project-based experience.
• Exposure to healthcare, operations, or revenue cycle environments.
