What you will do

• Identify and automate manual workflows using AI tools and process optimization techniques.
• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends and performance gaps.
• Develop prompts, automation workflows, and AI-assisted solutions for business use cases.
• Support cross-functional projects across AI, Product, Operations, and Revenue Cycle teams.
• Break down ambiguous business problems into structured analyses and actionable solutions.
• Document processes, best practices, and repeatable AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Demonstrated use of AI tools or automation in projects or academic work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
• 0–2 years of experience or equivalent demonstrated capability.
