AI Innovation Specialist

Location: Remote - Nationwide within the United States

Salary: $60,000–$75,000 for Specialist I; $75,000–$95,000 for Specialist II, plus a 5–10% bonus

What you will do

• Identify and automate manual workflows using AI tools and process optimization techniques.
• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and insights.
• Develop prompts, automation workflows, and AI-assisted solutions for business use cases.
• Support cross-functional projects across AI, Product, Operations, and Revenue Cycle teams.
• Translate data insights into business-facing recommendations and document repeatable AI-enabled workflows.
• Participate in pilot programs and innovation initiatives focused on efficiency and transformation.

Requirements

• Demonstrated use of AI tools or automation in projects or academic work.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with data and derive insights in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• 0–2 years of experience or equivalent demonstrated capability.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Excel, dashboards, or analytics tools.
• Exposure to process improvement, operational workflows, healthcare, or revenue cycle environments.
• Internship, fellowship, or project-based experience.
