What you will do

• Design and build AI-augmented workflows and systems to help coding agents understand codebases and follow engineering practices.
• Scale autonomous cloud agents to handle complex, multi-step engineering tasks and reduce toil.
• Develop and refine IDE, editor, and CLI integrations to make AI-assisted development intuitive.
• Create reusable agent skills, tools, and context integrations for cross-team use.
• Improve AI-assisted code review workflows to provide faster, higher-quality feedback.
• Drive adoption of AI developer tools through usability improvements, documentation, and enablement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in large codebases.
• Experience building developer tools, internal platforms, infrastructure, IDE/editor integrations, or CLIs.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools, coding agents, or agent skill ecosystems.
• Experience building evaluation and quality frameworks for AI-generated outputs.
• Strong technical judgment and systems design skills.
• Must be able to work from the New York City office on a hybrid schedule.
