What you will do

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot physical and virtual server environments and associated infrastructure.
• Maintain liquid-cooled rack infrastructure, including coolant distribution units, manifolds, pumps, and sensors.
• Perform server provisioning, firmware updates, component replacement, and break/fix hardware support.
• Test and validate new power, cooling, and server technologies in R&D pre-production environments.
• Document all system configurations and troubleshooting activities in Azure DevOps.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries and operate material-handling equipment like forklifts.

Requirements

• Must be able to work 100% onsite in Redmond and Totem Lake, WA.
• 5–7 years of experience supporting data center, server, systems, or critical infrastructure environments.
• Strong professional experience in systems administration, server support, or liquid-cooled HPC infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including IP connectivity, switches, and cabling.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework preferred.

Nice to have

• Systems administration experience in Windows Server and/or Linux environments.
• Experience with direct-to-chip cooling or thermal-management systems.
• Experience in R&D, lab, or hardware-validation environments.
• Familiarity with environmental monitoring tools and Azure DevOps.
• Forklift or material-handling equipment certification.
