Salary: $46,080 – $82,680

What you will do

• Validate and inspect rack-scale equipment against deployment documentation and site intake procedures.
• Identify and document shipping damage, defects, or missing parts to prevent deployment blockers.
• Perform physical cabling and secure connections aligned with deployment guidance.
• Coordinate initial power-up sequences and provide real-time status updates to engineering teams.
• Install and remove SD cards and perform physical configuration checks in restricted locations.
• Adhere to all site safety, compliance, lockout/startup, and equipment handling requirements.

Requirements

• Must be able to reliably commute and work onsite at client locations throughout Dallas, TX or the Buffalo, NY area.
• Ability to work a 24x7 shift-based coverage, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to work on active construction sites wearing PPE and obtain OSHA10 Certification.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with remote and onsite operations teams.
• Comfort performing hands-on technical work in controlled data center environments.
• Reliable attention to detail in documenting issues and troubleshooting outcomes.
