• Lead 11 team members across two teams to help utilities adopt greener energy practices.
• Drive data-driven improvements using DORA, delivery metrics, and user feedback.
• Balance technical trade-offs with business needs to ensure iterative solution delivery.
• Coach and guide staff to foster professional career growth and a healthy team culture.
• Define and implement technical strategy within a Databricks and AWS environment.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to shape product decisions.
