What you will do

• Coordinate resources and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Manage team performance, provide coaching, and support the development of engineering talent.
• Drive process improvements to achieve financial and operational goals.
• Provide technical guidance and engineering judgment to resolve customer complaints and complex requests.
• Support sales by building customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with established policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Requirements

• University degree (Bachelor's) in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Generally five years of directly related experience.
• Must be based in Edmonton, AB and able to work from the office 3 days per week.
• Demonstrated ability to lead in a Lean Sigma organization.
• Strong business acumen, project management skills, and ability to analyze complex data.
• Proficiency in local language and basic English.
