What you will do

• Develop and lead integrated global marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders in Sales, Product, and Strategy to shape GTM approaches.
• Manage campaign prioritization and planning across various segments and geographies to meet commercial targets.
• Drive pipeline growth and demand generation while establishing KPIs and tracking campaign ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital, analytics, content, and events, to ensure seamless execution.
• Partner with Product Marketing to lead go-to-market planning and product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 8 to 12 years of relevant experience, including at least 8 years in B2B marketing.
• Proven track record of delivering global, multi-channel campaigns with measurable revenue impact.
• Advanced analytical skills for interpreting data into strategic business decisions.
• Strong project management and executive-level stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Jacksonville, Florida, USA.
