What you will do

• Solve the most complex game analytics problems across the portfolio, including product health deep dives and multi-game player behavior patterns.
• Lead the development of scaled analytics tools, dashboards, and datasets to serve central executive leadership.
• Mentor and develop game analysts both within the Central Product Insights team and across the broader portfolio.
• Standardize game analytics craft and ensure rigor, consistency, and comparability in reporting.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to productionalize central analytics tables and guide data infrastructure development.
• Distill complex analytics results into impactful recommendations for product and executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant analytics experience, with at least 3+ years working directly on games.
• Proficiency in the full analytics stack: SQL, Python/Pyspark, and Tableau.
• Deep familiarity with game design, product strategy, and portfolio-level analytics.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-party workstreams and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.

• Experience with competitive PvP titles.
• Knowledge of automation for data pulls or pipelines.
• Experience developing and deploying advanced statistical or machine learning models.
