What you will do
- Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting on revenue across products, geographies, and segments to identify growth drivers and risks.
- Partner with Sales Ops and Finance to analyze commissions, quota attainment, and incentive plans for optimization.
- Build models and dashboards connecting sales pipeline, bookings, and billed revenue for accurate forecasting.
- Consolidate data from Salesforce, billing platforms, and financial systems into a single source of truth.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for territory alignment, quota setting, and incentive design.
- Deliver executive reporting through dashboards, scorecards, and presentations on revenue and commissions.
- Automate recurring reports for operational efficiency and self-service access.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and data privacy regulations.
Requirements
- 3+ years in data analysis, reporting, data science, BI, or financial analysis (or Bachelor's + 1 year, or equivalent).
- 3+ years with SQL, KQL, and/or Python for querying and transformation.
- 3+ years developing and maintaining ETL pipelines (Azure Data Factory, Airflow, or similar).
- 3+ years with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and storytelling best practices.
Nice to have
- 5+ years in data analysis or BI.
- Master’s degree in relevant field.
- Consulting experience or work in high-growth SaaS company.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Workday, and enterprise data sources.
- Solid understanding of SaaS and revenue metrics.
