What you will do

• Define and drive the Platform & Product Analytics strategy to align with long-term platform growth and company objectives.
• Serve as the primary analytics partner to leadership, translating complex insights into actionable narratives.
• Directly lead the Applied Analytics team and provide strategic guidance to Data Science and Reporting squads.
• Identify opportunities to leverage analytics for improving product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Manage analytics resources, headcount, and tooling to optimize business impact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to eliminate redundant work and accelerate the delivery of insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 18+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or BI leadership.
• Proven track record of delivering data-driven insights that influence product strategy and platform development.
• Experience defining and tracking product performance metrics and analytics frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Deep experience with user behavior analysis, product adoption metrics, and feature performance measurement.
• Experience with A/B testing and product experimentation frameworks.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, R, or similar statistical environments.
• Experience with Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar visualization platforms.
• Familiarity with competitive intelligence analysis and market benchmarking.
