What you will do

• Develop data models and build research-grade data sets for life sciences clients.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and oncologists to create real-world data products.
• Monitor data quality and investigate issues to ensure research-grade standards.
• Perform and present ad-hoc statistical analyses for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Optimize project execution and process improvements for custom solutions.
• Analyze internal process metadata to provide actionable insights for business leaders.

Requirements

• BS or MS in a technical field (Data Science, CS, Math, Statistics, etc.).
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and R.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data interpretation.
• Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience in Healthcare or Oncology/Clinical Data.
• Knowledge of experiment design.
• Experience developing software tools.
• Proficiency in Python.
