Salary: $165,000 - $190,000

What you will do

• Collaborate with Finance, Growth, Product, and Operations to deliver actionable insights and data models.
• Define core business metrics and track performance to build trust in data across the organization.
• Develop customer-facing metrics and data products in partnership with the Product team.
• Translate messy source data into clean, reliable models for dashboards and decision-making.
• Educate internal teams and power users through documentation and training.
• Work with a modern stack including BigQuery, dbt, Dagster, and Hex.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in analytics with a focus on end-to-end delivery.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Deep understanding of data modeling best practices, including dimensional modeling.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Ability to manage expectations and build alignment with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from company hubs.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Finance stakeholders or in a B2C product context.
• Background in building customer-facing data products.
• Experience in early-stage data teams and scaling data platforms.
• Previous experience in remote-first or fast-moving startup environments.
