What you will do

• Lead discovery and pre-sales engagements, including crafting proposals and RFP responses.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to develop and grow client partnerships through AI innovation.
• Act as a subject matter expert on AI, cloud, and data technologies to define tailored solutions.
• Develop proofs-of-concept and reference architectures to showcase technical capabilities.
• Translate client objectives into actionable solution roadmaps.
• Support early-stage project delivery to ensure seamless transitions from pre-sales to execution.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership, specifically in consulting or pre-sales.
• Hands-on experience with solution architecture, cloud platforms, and AI-native software engineering.
• Working proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Demonstrated success engaging at the executive (VP/C-level) within enterprise clients.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA without visa sponsorship.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate business value to non-technical audiences.
