What you will do

  • Lead the full services sales cycle from opportunity identification to SOW negotiation and contracting.
  • Run structured discovery sessions to define business outcomes and platform integration requirements.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders at enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and the partner ecosystem to ensure successful delivery and high CSAT.
  • Develop repeatable assets, proposal frameworks, and pricing models to refine the PRISM delivery methodology.
  • Drive software expansion by demonstrating measurable value through professional services outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in selling or scoping professional services within AI-native or enterprise software companies.
  • Proven track record in writing SOWs and navigating complex enterprise procurement and legal processes.
  • Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of services margins and software expansion drivers.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and executive audiences.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Self-directed mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with conversational AI, CCaaS platforms, or CX transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI concepts like LLMs, prompt engineering, and tool use.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Project or program management certifications (PMP, Scrum, SAFe).
