What you will do
- Lead the full services sales cycle from opportunity identification to SOW negotiation and contracting.
- Run structured discovery sessions to define business outcomes and platform integration requirements.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders at enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams and the partner ecosystem to ensure successful delivery and high CSAT.
- Develop repeatable assets, proposal frameworks, and pricing models to refine the PRISM delivery methodology.
- Drive software expansion by demonstrating measurable value through professional services outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in selling or scoping professional services within AI-native or enterprise software companies.
- Proven track record in writing SOWs and navigating complex enterprise procurement and legal processes.
- Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of services margins and software expansion drivers.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and executive audiences.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Self-directed mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with conversational AI, CCaaS platforms, or CX transformation programs.
- Familiarity with agentic AI concepts like LLMs, prompt engineering, and tool use.
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Project or program management certifications (PMP, Scrum, SAFe).
