What you will do

• Define and execute the multiyear strategy for the Advisory service line.
• Establish the enterprise vision, governance, and activation model for hirify.global AI.
• Drive commercial performance across bookings, revenue, and margin for the advisory portfolio.
• Develop and scale differentiated offerings spanning business advisory, digital transformation, and AI.
• Coach and develop the leadership team to build organizational depth and accountability.
• Partner with Sales, Architecture, and Delivery to ensure seamless execution and account growth.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available)
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 20+ years of experience in management consulting, technology consulting, or executive leadership.
• Proven track record of scaling consulting practices and leading integrated strategy-to-execution models.
• Deep understanding of AI-enabled business transformation and enterprise strategy.
• Exceptional executive presence and experience leading through other senior leaders.
