What you will do

• Prospect, pitch, and close new fitness and wellness businesses within the assigned territory.
• Lead with a field-first approach by visiting merchants daily and attending local industry events.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and drop-ins to final negotiation and closing.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly acquisition quotas and pipeline conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate activity and performance metrics within Salesforce.
• Act as a local market expert to identify and capitalize on untapped business opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and able to travel 70–80% of the time.
• 3–5 years of outbound field sales experience with strong inside sales skills.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and OKRs.
• Expertise in full-cycle sales methodology and conversion optimization.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong B2B negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
