Sr. Manager, Import/Export Operations

Salary: $110,000–$165,300 per year

What you will do

• Manage multiple critical family-care supply chains and import/export work processes.
• Use Site Integrated Planning (SIP) and Initiative Operations Planning (IOP) processes.
• Collaborate with key users and Business Process Experts.
• Provide leadership with import/export issues, action plans, and performance results.
• Own category-level supply plan execution for cost, cash, and customer service objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field with at least 3 years of supply chain or manufacturing experience.
• 3–5 years of supply chain or manufacturing experience.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.

Nice to have

• SAP experience.
• Experience with automation and visualization tools such as KNIME, Tableau, or Power BI.
