Location: Must be based in London and work 5 days a week from the office

What you will do

• Implement and manage software and services to enhance team productivity.
• Provide timely resolution to internal IT issues, including device troubleshooting and conferencing systems.
• Develop and implement automated workflows to reduce manual tasks.
• Manage Okta instances, MDM software, and SaaS platforms like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain hardware for employees across all offices.
• Maintain end-user security best practices and manage IT asset documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical IT support role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Okta administration and Okta Workflows automation.
• Proficiency in MDM solutions such as Kandji, JAMF, or Intune.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365 administration.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.

Nice to have

• Okta Certified Professional or Administrator certification.
• Experience with office network troubleshooting including Cisco Meraki.
• Python programming or scripting skills for API integrations.
