What you will do

• Own identity and access management across Okta, Google Workspace, and GitHub.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and access governance.
• Administer and troubleshoot the macOS device fleet using MDM platforms.
• Design and build secure automations for recurring IT processes using hirify.global and scripting.
• Support security and compliance activities including SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits.
• Provide responsive L1/L2 IT support while identifying opportunities for systemic improvements.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in IT systems administration, SaaS administration, or workplace engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and an identity provider like Okta or Entra ID.
• Proficiency in macOS endpoint management using tools like Kandji, Jamf, or JumpCloud.
• Strong understanding of integration fundamentals including REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
• Ability to work autonomously in a distributed, remote-first environment.
• Must have existing right to work in the country of residence (unless relocating to Germany).

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global, Zapier, or Make.
• Basic scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or Bash.
• Familiarity with security frameworks like SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
• Experience managing GitHub organizations and permissions.
