What you will do

• Design and implement M365 solutions across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments.
• Deploy endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune and automate application packaging.
• Manage and optimize M365 services including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform.
• Implement security controls through Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access, and Purview.
• Support identity management via Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex platform issues and drive the adoption of new Microsoft features.

Requirements

• Significant experience designing and supporting enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.
• Expertise in Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and M365 administration.
• Proven experience with MDM for both Windows and macOS.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Defender and Purview (Audit, DLP, eDiscovery).
• Proficiency in PowerShell and command-line scripting.
• Experience working in Agile environments with GitHub and Jira.

Nice to have

• Experience managing Microsoft Copilot Agents.
• SharePoint migration or Dynamics 365 experience.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as CIS or NIST.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications in M365 or Security.
