What you will do

• Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical pods to translate complex workflows into scalable automation requirements.
• Conduct deep-dive As-Is analysis to design optimized To-Be states for peak efficiency.
• Author comprehensive Process Design Documents (PDDs) and collaborate on Solution Designs (SDDs) to ensure logic clarity.
• Perform hands-on gap analysis of Technical Design Documents (TDDs) and lead process validation.
• Advise clients on long-term automation roadmaps, evolving from tactical delivery to high-level AI strategy.
• Drive the adoption of emerging technologies like IDP and Process Mining to build agentic ecosystems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience with a focus on Intelligent Automation, RPA, or AI-driven engineering.
• Proven understanding of modern AI architectures, including LLMs and API integrations.
• Demonstrable expertise in authoring rigorous PDDs and SDDs with strict traceability.
• Strong track record operating within Agile frameworks.
• Must be based in Mexico.

Nice to have

• UiPath Certified Professional Business Analyst (UiBPA).
• Basic knowledge of SQL and APIs (REST/SOAP).
