What you will do

• Lead business analytics initiatives that identify growth levers and support Manychat’s mid- and long-term roadmap.
• Build growth and revenue forecasting models, including scenario and sensitivity analysis to pressure-test assumptions.
• Develop and improve tools and dashboards to monitor performance and provide actionable visibility to teams.
• Own executive-level reporting by turning complex analysis into clear narratives and takeaways for leadership.
• Use AI tools and agents to improve efficiency (exploring data, automating reporting, prototyping) while validating results before relying on them.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and cross-functional teams (Business Ops, Finance, Billing, Product, Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, Data) to unify insights and strengthen decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in business analytics (or similar) within a SaaS environment, with hands-on experience with core SaaS metrics.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) to convey complex findings clearly.
• Strong technical skills in SQL and BI tools; experience with Python, R, and/or Git is required to be a plus.
• Comfort with statistical concepts such as distributions, variance, and significance testing to validate findings.
• Experience contributing to cross-functional initiatives such as product launches, pricing/packaging changes, segmentation, market expansion, or monetization.
• Ability to run end-to-end projects independently, handle ambiguity, and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.
