What you will do

• Manage end-to-end customer interactions without the use of scripts to ensure personalized problem resolution.
• Navigate multiple internal systems simultaneously to assess situations and present complex solutions.
• Engage callers with clear, concise, and positive language while gathering relevant information.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and case notes to enable seamless handoffs.
• Participate in monthly coaching sessions and career advancement programs to support professional growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and able to work a full-time schedule between 9:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Experience navigating complex customer interactions from support through to resolution.
• Must have a private, secure, distraction-free work area with a hard-wired ethernet internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload).
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
