Требования
- Fluently Bilingual (English & French) written and spoken is required.
- Must be based in Canada.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to navigate multiple applications.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a dedicated, secure, and distraction-free workspace.
- 2+ years of contact center experience is highly preferred.
