Требования

  • Fluently Bilingual (English & French) written and spoken is required.
  • Must be based in Canada.
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to navigate multiple applications.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a dedicated, secure, and distraction-free workspace.
  • 2+ years of contact center experience is highly preferred.
