What you will do

• Visit clients onsite across Ohio to help members navigate their hirify.global plans.
• Provide in-person support for client groups and members during enrollment and periods of escalated necessity.
• Partner with the Account Management team to establish positive relationships with HR departments at client groups.
• Handle traditional member care duties, including answering phone calls, responding to web chats, and managing emails.
• Build rapport with existing members to understand their needs and ensure a high-quality member experience.
