TL;DR

Client Experience Specialist: Managing clinical testing intake and coordination for cancer diagnostic services with an accent on patient and physician communication. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Fremont, CA (Hybrid: Onsite on Monday & Tuesday)

Salary: $63,000–$76,000 per year

What you will do

  • Manage inbound and outbound communication with patients, physician offices, and pathology labs via Salesforce.
  • Coordinate tissue sample procurement and mobile phlebotomy appointments.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and case resolution for test orders.
  • Collaborate with laboratory operations, clinical staff, and billing teams to meet turnaround times.
  • Address patient inquiries regarding clinical testing and report status.
  • Monitor service-related issues and escalate to management as necessary.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work onsite in Fremont, CA on Mondays and Tuesdays.
  • 0-3 years of experience in a physician or patient-facing role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Bachelor of Science or related degree preferred.
