Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Fremont, CA (Hybrid: Onsite on Monday & Tuesday)
Salary: $63,000–$76,000 per year

What you will do
- Manage inbound and outbound communication with patients, physician offices, and pathology labs via Salesforce.
- Coordinate tissue sample procurement and mobile phlebotomy appointments.
- Ensure accurate documentation and case resolution for test orders.
- Collaborate with laboratory operations, clinical staff, and billing teams to meet turnaround times.
- Address patient inquiries regarding clinical testing and report status.
- Monitor service-related issues and escalate to management as necessary.
Requirements
- Must be able to work onsite in Fremont, CA on Mondays and Tuesdays.
- 0-3 years of experience in a physician or patient-facing role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Bachelor of Science or related degree preferred.
