What you will do

• Oversee electrical substation, transmission line, solar, wind, and energy storage projects from development through construction.
• Review and manage engineering schedules, budgets, scope, and subcontractors.
• Lead project status meetings with clients, providing schedule updates and reporting on engineering progress.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors and Electric Utilities to ensure adherence to contract terms.
• Manage internal engineering teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Support permitting, jurisdictional approval, and utility interconnection processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, construction management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of industry-specific project management experience.
• Familiarity with electrical substations, transmission lines, PV engineering, and battery storage.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CPM scheduling, and Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice to have

• Project Management Institute (PMP) certification.
