What you will do

• Manage BESS project development, design engineering, and owner's engineering services from permitting through closeout.
• Oversee project performance, financial metrics, planning, and contractual compliance for projects with revenues up to $10M.
• Lead multi-discipline professional teams and coordinate third-party contributors.
• Act as a "Seller-Doer" to identify and obtain new or repeat business from targeted clients.
• Lead the proposal process, including scope write-ups and budget estimation in response to RFPs.
• Stay current on energy storage technology and represent the company at industry conferences and webinars.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Typically 5 years of Project Management experience.
• Prior experience with BESS for Front of the Meter (FTM) and Behind the Meter (BTM).
• Must be authorized to work in the US (Visa Sponsorship not available).
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with hybrid storage configurations.
• Professional Engineering (PE) License.
