TL;DR

Energy Project Development Manager (Infrastructure): End-to-end execution of complex commercial energy projects for data centers with an accent on interconnection strategy and infrastructure delivery. Focus on driving project planning, risk mitigation, and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet schedule and cost objectives.

Location: Must be based in the US (Remote or at a US office location)

Salary: $140,000 – $150,000 Base + Bonus

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end execution of assigned energy projects from initiation through delivery.
  • Develop and manage integrated project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasts.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across T&I, Infrastructure, and Commercial departments.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure reliability and cost objectives.
  • Act as the primary interface for internal stakeholders, utilities, and external partners.
  • Maintain disciplined documentation and reporting across the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in energy development, infrastructure delivery, or project management.
  • Proven experience with energy, utility, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Strong skills in schedule, budget, and risk management (PMP preferred).
  • Ability to manage complex cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
