Salary: $120,000 – $170,000 per year.

What you will do

• Create and manage detailed project schedules for data center construction from design through closeout.
• Identify critical paths, milestones, and dependencies to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Track progress against baselines and prepare regular reports including earned value and variance analyses.
• Perform what-if analyses and develop recovery schedules to mitigate risks and disruptions.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors to communicate schedule updates effectively.
• Integrate subcontractor and supplier schedules into a cohesive master schedule using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in project scheduling, preferably within the Pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or Autodesk Project Forma.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, workflows, and dependencies.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PMI or AACE scheduling guidelines.
• Experience with MEP systems.
