What you will do

• Drive outbound pipeline generation through calls, email, and social selling across assigned territories.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to convert them into meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain territory pipeline health by tracking activity and conversion in Salesforce.
• Partner with Account Executives to facilitate smooth hand-offs of qualified opportunities.
• Research target accounts and buyer personas, specifically engineering and security leaders.
• Develop product and market fluency to apply directly in prospect conversations.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a BDR/SDR in a SaaS or software company.
• Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quotas.
• Ability to run full outbound cadences independently with minimal oversight.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cold outreach.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience selling into engineering, security, or developer-focused buyers.
• Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, or Salesloft.
