Salary: $124,800 - $156,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of outbound BDRs across North America and EMEA time zones.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing and Sales leadership to translate ABM priorities into outbound execution.
  • Own the outbound contribution to SQO targets and report on pipeline health and conversion.
  • Optimize the inbound AI SDR engine by improving prompts, routing logic, and qualification criteria.
  • Build and refine messaging, sequencing, and comprehensive BDR playbooks.
  • Own the hiring, onboarding, and ramp planning process for the outbound team.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US
  • 5+ years of experience managing an outbound BDR/SDR team specifically within cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of hitting SQO and pipeline targets through a managed outbound team.
  • Direct experience building a BDR playbook from scratch.
  • Fluency with sales engagement tools (Salesloft/Outreach) and intelligence tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Prior exposure to AI SDR or conversational AI tooling in a GTM context.
