What you will do

  • Direct and coach a regional team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve net-new ARR targets.
  • Manage weekly and quarterly sales forecasts with high precision using Salesforce and Clari.
  • Actively participate in complex deal structuring, competitive positioning, and procurement negotiations.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering and RevOps to optimize resource deployment and territory coverage.
  • Serve as executive sponsor for high-stakes commercial relationships within Fortune 100 accounts.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US Eastern region
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales leadership at the Director or VP level.
  • Deep expertise in managing high-velocity ARR growth and complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strong proficiency in sales methodology, pipeline governance, and data-driven forecasting.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration with technical and marketing teams.
