Location: Hybrid (Must be based in the US and able to commute to a Hub, e.g., Alpharetta, GA)
Salary: $90,000 – $155,000 Annual

What you will do
- Define and execute the technical product strategy for the Specialty & Shared Services portfolio to meet growth and customer needs.
- Manage the entire technology lifecycle: from requirements gathering and user stories to build, testing, and release.
- Collaborate with Marketing, UX, and Data Science teams in an Agile environment to iteratively improve capabilities.
- Lead matrixed technology teams through project plans with clear milestones, risk indicators, and success metrics.
- Partner with Business Development to provide technical product positioning for RFP responses.
- Monitor industry trends in installment lending to identify opportunities for innovation and risk mitigation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of IT experience (or 9+ years without a degree).
- Proven experience in technical product management and working with cross-functional teams.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no sponsorship provided.
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
- Experience in developing and implementing information systems and project management.
Nice to have
- Experience in credit card, consumer finance, or the Secured Installment Loan industry.
- 5+ years of experience managing people and teams.
- Proficiency with Agile, Jira, and Confluence.
- P&L experience and a solid understanding of business financials.
